Getting started in local history workshops

1.20 – 4.40pm at All Saints Church Hall, Hambledon Road, Denmead, Waterlooville PO7 6NN Have you ever wondered who lived in your house before you? What did your street look like 100 years ago? Were the pub and the shop in the same place? Or do your children want to know how to find out about the history of their school? These workshops will help to answer these and other questions by showing you how to get started in investigating the history of a Hampshire community. There will be time to browse sample resources and see the Access Hampshire Heritage touring exhibition. The workshops are free of charge, but booking is essential.
