Twentieth Century Deeds: Vital Evidence or Useless Paper?

This is a practical day course that examines the problems of twentieth century deeds, their appraisal and use. Speakers include Dr Anthony Smith (National Archives), Sarah Lewin (Hampshire Record Office), Mark Booth (Warwickshire County Record Office), Susan Moore (Researcher), Colin Thom (Survey of London, English Heritage) and Dr Nat Alcock (house historian). Cost for non BRA members is £35; students £25 including refreshments. Call to reserve your place.
